I am a thrift addict and to be honest, a cheapskate. If there's any money to be saved off of anything you best believe that I am taking up that offer. That's how I ended up stumbling on the Kenchic soup pack, and yes, I'll just give them a shoutout because they have literally sorted me when my pockets are slim and I have a craving for chicken. The soup pack has a couple of chicken back pieces, necks, and thigh bones. I'd like to show you how I try to spruce them up and make a meal out of them.
Now, my first budget-friendly tip which I have mentioned over and over is to buy the Kenchic Soup pack. Kenchic, if you come across this si you guys just hook me up with like a couple of month's supply? As we wait on that wish, that is what I refer to as 'reject chicken.' It's meant to make some soup but you do get several edible pieces of chicken included such as chicken backs, necks, and thigh bones.

As with all of my recipes, you can add or exclude or include any other ingredients you please.
There you have it, let me know if you do try it out and how it turns out. Also, remember that the above images are downloadable for your reference.
